Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of the ChromeCollect storefront and any purchase you make through it. By using the site, you agree to them.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email; until then we may decline or cancel it — for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock — and refund any amount charged.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the listed currency and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Shipping & returns

We ship to the regions shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. Eligible items may be returned in original condition within the stated window; see your order confirmation or contact us for details.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, and imagery are the property of ChromeCollect or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChromeCollect is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
