Everything you need to know about how your order travels to you, and how to send something back if it isn’t right.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The destinations available to you are shown at checkout.
Shipping options & cost
- Standard — 3–7 business days.
- Express — 1–3 business days.
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Once your order ships, the tracking link in your dispatch email lets you follow it to your door.
Returns
If something isn’t right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Made-to-order pieces, final-sale items, and earrings are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
- Email returns@chromecollect.example with your order number.
- We’ll reply with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using the method provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or piece you’d like.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact hello@chromecollect.example within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
